We will send you a basic working agreement that will need to be signed.  After that we need a large size logo and access to your website to add the review stream code there.

We can typically can get a new client set up in three (3) working days.

We conduct all our client meetings via Zoom and can schedule a time that is convenient for you.

We will charge your credit card for the basic setup fee at the time of setup.  The monthly recurring charge will be charged on the 1st of each month following.

We can send emails or text messages through the Review Me Marketing system to request reviews.  We provide you with forms where you can enter the customer information either manually one at a time or you can also upload a list.

Yes we can adjust the text above the image and below the image as needed for your particular business.  We can also change the image that is on the page as well.

In most cases it is not possible to remove a negative review.  We can check the review to see if it meets the given sites terms of service as being an authentic review and request it to be removed if it does not meet their terms. 

Yelp is not only a review site, it is a social networking site.  If a customer leaves you a review and has never left a review on Yelp before, that review is automatically pushed to “not currently recommended”.   In order for that review to change status, the customers will need to add more connections and leave more reviews on Yelp.  If they do that then there is a strong possibility that the review status will change.

That is why we use an extra notification inside our review funnel landing page to let your customers know that if they are not a user of Yelp, that we would like them to choose another site.

We can connect the review stream to your Facebook Business Page (we will send a request to be a content admin of the page) that will allow the system to post an image as well as the text of any new reviews that come in regardless of the platform that they are on.  For instance Google reviews will get posted to your Facebook Page as an image post.   This will give you more social content and help promote your reviews.   We will only post four and five star reviews.

Our basic agreement is a month to month agreement.  That means  you can notify us at any time and we will cancel the services.

We will make a postcard graphic for you that you can print yourself or send to a printer. We also have print options for your convience.  The postcard can be mailed or handed to your customers to request reviews.

We have a website development team that works with many different website platforms and will add the review stream code to your website.  If you have a website team already, we can provide the codes needed and they can add them.
